A Master Caregiver comports to the highest standards in the field and contributes to a positive living environment to enhance a client's quality of life. A Master Caregiver does not limit him/herself to a finite list or set of boxes. A Master Caregiver receives training that prepares him/her to support the entire family, always thinking about what will make the client’s and family’s life better. Walk or feed the dogs? No problem. Serve meals with graciousness? Certainly. Make a protein smoothie for breakfast or your favorite green juice? Happy to oblige. MCC’s caregivers understand that the key to the company’s success is listening to its clients. Attention to detail, service, quality, and care are the pillars on which MCC builds its blue-chip service. While physical needs of the client are the first priority, each of the company’s staff knows the mind, body, and spirit are inseparable, and that the well-being of the client means the caring for the whole person in the context of his or her family and community.
A paradigm shift is a change from one way of thinking to another. It is a revolution, a transformation, a sort of metamorphosis that does not just happen but rather is driven by agents of change. The Master Caregiver Company was established to change the paradigm of professional caregiving companies.

The idea of The Master Caregiver Company came to Rita N. Justice, Ph.D., when she sought caregiving services for her beloved husband Dr. Blair Justice. All Dr. Justice was looking for in a professional caregiver was someone who would care for Blair as well as she could. After all, if she wanted the best mechanic for her car, she sought a master mechanic. If she wanted the best plumber for her home, she looked for a master plumber. Why then couldn’t she look for and find a master caregiver? After a short time and dealing with the difficulty of cycling through many individuals working as caregivers, the answer was painfully obvious; a master caregiver did not exist.
