QUESTIONS

How do you select the right Master Caregiver for me or my loved one?
Our highest priority is to provide an enriching experience for our clients. We start with a comprehensive meeting and assessment process allowing us to match the Master Caregiver who is best suited for you or your loved one. After the initial placement, our detailed follow-up process ensures a seamless fit.

Will our Caregiver be the same person each time?
Our care program is designed to ensure consistency of care. To meet that goal, we assign a primary Master Caregiver to you or loved one.

Caregivers may assist with medication reminders. The medication schedule will be reviewed upon the initial consultation. If additional assistance is needed, this will be discussed at the initial care meeting.
